On a Beatles Meme

Laying in bed this morning, staring at the ceiling, I realized something. Something very profound. And then I lost it.
No, just kidding!
What I realized is that while I’ve seen a fair number of music-based memes passed around the LJ-blogosphere, I’ve not seen a Beatles-specific music meme. The Beatles are so… big that there’s an obvious need for one. If you like the Beatles, that is.
So, here we go. A bunch of questions about the Beatles, with hopefully none requiring a geek-like knowledge of the Fab Four!

My answers, naturally?
- Favorite Beatle as a Beatle:
I don’t have one. Sometimes I think George’s guitar work is amazing. Sometimes I think Paul’s harmonies are perfect. Sometimes I think Ringo’s drumwork is definitive. Sometimes I think John’s lyrics are mesmerizing. But there’s no one Beatle I can place above the other three and point to and say, “That one’s my favorite.” It’s just not possible. - Favorite Beatle as a solo performer:
Probably George Harrison. I listen to his solo work more than John’s or Ringo’s. And definitely more than Paul’s. - First memory of the Beatles?
WTTG used to show A Hard Day’s Night about once a month when I was a kid. I didn’t know who the Beatles were. But I remember the movie. - First Beatles album you bought?
Past Masters Volume 2. - Number of Beatles albums owned (approximations are okay):
Thirty-five. - Number of solo Beatles albums owned (approximations are okay):
Approximately sixty. I’m not going to go count. - Favorite Beatles album:
Revolver. - Least favorite Beatles album:
Please Please Me. I know, it’s their first. It’s also the one I listen to least. - Favorite Beatles song:
“Let It Be.” - Favorite obscure Beatles song:
“Cry Baby Cry” on “The White Album.” I love this song with its surrealistic, Lewis Carroll-like lyric, but it’s not one that’s ever played on the radio. It’s just an obscure album track as “The White Album” is about to barrel into “Revolution #9.” - Least favorite Beatles song:
No clue, really. I think most people would answer this with, “Y’know, that noise collage they did” (that being “Revolution #9″), yet I like “Revolution #9.” It’d be something from their early work that didn’t “click” with me. - Favorite solo Beatles album:
George Harrison’s All Things Must Pass. - Favorite cover by the Beatles:
“Twist and Shout.” - Favorite cover by the solo Beatles:
John’s “Stand By Me.” - Favorite cover of the Beatles:
Elton John’s “Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds.” - Favorite cover of the solo Beatles:
Guns N Roses’ “Live and Let Die.” - Favorite Beatles movie:
A Hard Day’s Night. - “Strawberry Fields Forever” or “Penny Lane”?
“Strawberry Fields Forver.” - “Hey, Jude” or “Revolution”?
“Hey, Jude.” I “got” the song last year, in ways I’d never gotten it before. - “Something” or “Come Together”?
“Come Together.” - “Free as a Bird” or “Real Love”?
“Real Love.” - Best Beatles song by John Lennon:
“A Day in the Life” (though I should note that Paul wrote the middle) - Best solo song by John Lennon:
“#9 Dream.” - Best Beatles song by Paul McCartney:
“The Long and Winding Road.” - Best solo song by Paul McCartney:
“Maybe I’m Amazed.” - Best Beatles song by George Harrison:
“While My Guitar Gently Weeps.” - Best solo song by George Harrison:
“What Is Life?” - Best song by Ringo Starr:
“Photograph.”
